Because our gift baskets are almost always sent as a gift, we never include receipts, packing slips, or prices inside of the delivered package. Receipts will be emailed to the buyer only.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Will my gift basket arrive assembled?
Yes, all gift baskets are assembled with clear gift wrapping, a bow, a hang tag with descriptions of the items, a personalized card, and are delicately packaged in a brown shipping box.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping varies depending on your quantity needs and the location of the recipient(s). However, most orders have a 1-3 day processing time, and 1-7 day shipping time.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will also be sent to the email provided during checkout for quick order tracking updates.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, expedited shipping is not available. We currently use UPS Ground shipping for all orders, but the implementation of more shipping options is planned for the near future!

Can I combine discount codes?
Unfortunately, none of our deals, promotions, offers, or discounts are stackable.

We accept most major credit/debit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I customize a basket?
Absolutely! All of our baskets can be customized, and we can even help you curate your own using this form. Make sure to be descriptive with your needs, and we’ll get back to you within one business day to help create your perfect gift!
