Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final.

Once we hand off your order to the shipping carrier, the package is out of our control. We understand that delivery can sometimes be rocky, so if something were to happen during shipping (such as damaged/broken items), please reach out immediately to support@baskie.com OR fill out this form to file a claim. If eligible, we will be happy to arrange a replacement for the damaged item. Please note that photos of the damaged, broken, or defective item(s) must be included, and we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
